Dishes include dynamic ryoshi-giri sliced tuna, grilled scallops with miso, shijimi clam soup with fresh clams from Lake Jusan—all sorts of delicious Aomori specialties!
Our lunch buffet consists mostly of Western dishes and includes Tsugaru Cuisine—a Western-style arrangement of ingredients and cuisine from the Tsugaru area—and other classic dishes sure to make you feel right at home.
We also have a variety of seating arrangements for guests to enjoy, including comfy sofas arranged in a U-shape, pleasantly sunny bar seats, or private rooms.
